Who is Nutritional Therapy For?

Group of diverse smiling adults and children posing together indoors.

Nutritional therapy can help if you're experiencing any of the following: persistent fatigue or low energy, digestive discomfort such as bloating, reflux or IBS, hormonal imbalances including PMS, PMOS or perimenopausal symptoms, skin issues like eczema, acne or psoriasis, difficulty losing or gaining weight, poor sleep or difficulty switching off, brain fog or trouble concentrating, frequent illness or low immunity, stress, anxiety or low mood, joint pain or inflammation, autoimmune conditions, ADHD or fertility concerns.

Even if you don't have a specific health complaint, nutritional therapy is a brilliant tool for optimising your wellbeing and preventing issues down the line.

What to Expect — Your Journey with Me

Before your consultation: You'll receive a health questionnaire to complete in advance. This gives me a head start so we can make the most of our time together.

During your consultation: We'll go through everything in detail. This is your time — no rushing, no judgement. Just an open conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

After your consultation: You'll receive a personalised plan with clear, practical recommendations.

Follow-ups: We'll check in to see how you're getting on, celebrate progress and fine-tune things as needed. Health is a journey. And every journey is easier with someone walking beside you.

Young clients under the age of 18 are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their appointment.
